Ville Koskinen, Managing Director of VG-Shipping Ltd, has resigned from his position. The Board of Directors has appointed Jussi Mälkiä as Managing Director of VG-Shipping as of 01.11.2021.
Ville Koskinen has worked at Meriaura Group since 2003. At the beginning of 2019 he took over the position of Managing Director at VG-Shipping, which is Meriaura’s parent company, and provides crewing and technical management for the group’s own and its customers’ vessels.
“I want to thank Ville for his excellent work and long-term commitment to our company. Ville has held various significant positions and been part of the family company throughout its growth,” says Jussi Mälkiä, Chairman of the Board of Meriaura Group. Ville Koskinen will continue in the role of advisor until mid-December 2021.
