VG-Shipping and Meriaura do not plan to conduct any reductions or any co-operation negotiations. The organization will mostly remain the unchanged, although there will be adjustments in some individual job descriptions.

“We have systematically moved towards a simpler company structure, which also includes the rebranding of Meriaura Group in the spring of 2021,” says Jussi Mälkiä, Chairman of the Board of Meriaura Group

VG-Shipping will remain as a holding company starting from 1st January 2022. Aura Mare will also remain as a rental and holding company. Beppe Rosin will continue as Managing Director at Meriaura Ltd. and Jussi Mälkiä as Managing Director at VG-Shipping Ltd.
