VG-Shipping’s Board of Directors strengthened

Vg-Shipping’s Annual General Meeting on 16th of June has chosen a new board of Directors. The former members Satu Kairinen, Riinu Walls and Jussi Mälkiä were re-elected, and Antti Vehviläinen will start as a new member of the Board. Vehviläinen (M.Sc. (Econ.), MBA) is retired from the position of the Director General of the Finnish Transport Agency, and is currently Project Manager of the Saimaa Water Transport Development Project. He has had a long international career in logistics in the forest industry: he was Logistics Director at Enso and Stora Enso in 1987 – 2012.
