At the same time Mirva VG has been chartered back to Meriaura on a long-term time charter agreement. The vessel will remain under Finnish flag.<\/p>\n<p>Meriaura will continue the crewing of Mirva VG also in the future and therefore the change of ownership will cause no changes in the workplace, employment conditions, job descriptions, or employer of the present sea personnel onboard Mirva VG. Meriaura will remain the employer for all present crew and all employment contracts will continue unchanged onboard Mirva VG.
