The former members Jussi M\u00e4lki\u00e4, Riinu Walls and Antti Vehvil\u00e4inen were re-elected, and Ari Kaaro will start as a new member of the Board.<\/p>\n<p>Ari Kaaro (MA, history, 57) is the CEO of Seligson &amp; Co Fund Management, and defines himself as a mathematically oriented humanist. He has worked for Seligson &amp; Co. since 2002. Before that he has worked as a filmmaker, IT entrepreneur and venture capitalist.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are investing in carbon-neutral transport concept, and Ari Kaaro brings important experience and expertise of the capital markets to the Board\u2019s work,&#8221; says Jussi M\u00e4lki\u00e4, President of Meriaura Group.
