The former members Satu Kairinen, Riinu Walls and Jussi M\u00e4lki\u00e4 were re-elected, and Antti Vehvil\u00e4inen will start as a new member of the Board. Vehvil\u00e4inen (M.Sc. (Econ.), MBA) is retired from the position of the Director General of the Finnish Transport Agency, and is currently Project Manager of the Saimaa Water Transport Development Project. He has had a long international career in logistics in the forest industry: he was Logistics Director at Enso and Stora Enso in 1987 \u2013 2012.<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><br \/>\n\u201cAntti Vehvil\u00e4inen brings international expertise and vision in logistics development to our Board\u2019s work,\u201d says Jussi M\u00e4lki\u00e4, Chairman of the Board of VG-Shipping and Meriaura Group.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vg-Shipping\u2019s Annual General Meeting on 16th of June has chosen a new board of Directors.
