The\u00a0time charter party was terminated because of\u00a0delayed delivery and incomplete technical readiness of the ship. The termination of the agreement does not affect Meriaura&#8217;s customers, because due to the uncertain delivery schedule, the sales of the capacity of this vessel had not yet started.
